Job Purpose
Follow up on daily operations, ensuring projects are completed within agreed deadlines,
budgets, and client requirements.
Understanding project specifications, establishing guidelines, coordinating with line
managers, delegating responsibilities to direct reports, and conducting regular assessments
and evaluations to ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently according to
Volu Studiosβ standards and regulations.
Β Communicate directly with clients to provide them with updates and present progress
reports.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects through all phases starting from project brief till final package
submission
- Organize and participate in all client meetings throughout the design process ensuring
smooth communication between clients and team members.
- Handle projectsβ timelines with team members (organizing β prioritization).
- Take decisions in projects based on contracts, packages, and client needs.
- Review all projects outputs including technical drawings and specifications ensuring all
design aspects are met and feasible for execution.
- Review material selections and specifications, aligning them with clients and FF&E.
- Influence client decisions based on our services and previous projects.
- Communicate and align with the CCO all design projectsβ progress.
- Align with CS & Administration Manager all projectsβ timelines and progress ensuring
milestones and payments are met as per the contracts.
- Review projects during execution phase through site visits to collect basic information
and align with customers and clients all the changes required in accordance with the 3D
and 2D drawings.
- Responsible for handling all team members, setting their daily tasks, delegating project
phases, and solving all issues within their teams.
- Drive a spirit of engagement within their teams.
- Responsible for their respective team membersβ attendance and compliance with all Volu
Studios Policies and meetings (daily and weekly meetings).
- All duties mentioned above include working personally on projects phases, and not only
supervision
