This landmark residential project was delivered as a full design and build package for client A.B., located in Oriana Villas within Cairo Festival City. The company managed all project phases—from conceptual and architectural design through to full-scale construction and interior finishing.Spanning a total built-up area of 1,700 square meters, the villa was envisioned to embody contemporary elegance, luxurious living, and architectural refinement. Every design detail was meticulously tailored to meet the client’s lifestyle, with a harmonious balance between form and function at every stage.
